Day 1 Arrival to Negombo

- Upon arrival, our representative will welcome you at the airport and transfer you to Negombo (approximately 30 mins): Immerse yourself in the charming seaside town’s many wonderful bars, pubs, and restaurants, which come alive in the evening:
Negombo, a charming seaside town on Sri Lanka’s west coast, is a popular beach destination with lively bars, pubs, and restaurants. The beach offers swimming, sunbathing, and water sports for water enthusiasts, making it an exciting and fun destination.

Day 02 & 03: Trincomalee

- - Nilaveli and Uppuveli – a little away from Trinco town are said to have the best beaches.
    - You should not miss the below attractions while staying in Trincomalee.
    - Koneswaram Kovil
    - Fort Frederick
    - Marble Beach
    - Hot SpringsPigeon Island – is a National Park and is 1Km from the Nilaveli beach. Equipped with snorkels, you will not want to come away!
      After breakfast start the journey to Trincomalee (Approximately 5 hrs): Boasts a rich history with evidence of human settlements of ancient times
      Trincomalee, a coastal city in Sri Lanka, is known for its deep, large natural harbor and rich history. Historically a significant port, it has attracted colonial powers like the Portuguese, Dutch, and British. Today, it offers pristine beaches, coral reefs, and cultural attractions.

Day 04: Sigiriya

- Climb the Sigiriya Rock Fotress: Sigiriya is a renowned archaeological site. Often referred to as the “Lion Rock,” it is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of the country’s most iconic landmarks. Sigiriya is famous for its impressive rock fortress, which dates back to the 5th century AD. Sigiriya features remarkable frescoes and stands as a testament to ancient Sri Lankan engineering and artistic prowess and continues to attract visitors from around the world.
  - After breakfast journey to Sigiriya (approximately 2 hrs).

Day 05 & 06: Kandy

  - After breakfast start the journey to Kandy (approximately 3hrs).
  - En Route, visit Spice Gardens, Sembuwatte Lake

- Then visit the Temple of the Sacred Tooth Relic of the Buddha:
(Observe the magnificent Architecture of that period and experience the tranquillity of the atmosphere.)
The Temple of the Tooth Relic, a UNESCO World Heritage Site in Kandy, Sri Lanka, houses the revered tooth of the Buddha. Known for its impressive architecture and rich history, it attracts devotees and tourists worldwide. The temple is particularly significant during the annual Esala Perahera festival.
- Visit a small theatre to watch a traditional Kandyan dance. (Starts at 6pm).
- On completion, back to the hotel and relax.

  - After breakfast proceed to Nuwara Eliya (Approximately 3hrs):
  Nuwara Eliya, a picturesque town in Sri Lanka’s central highlands, is known for its lush greenery, tea plantations, and scenic landscapes. At 1,868 meters above sea level, it offers a refreshing escape from tropical heat while featuring some colonial era buildings. Visitors can explore tea estates, visit tea factories, and enjoy freshly brewed Ceylon tea.
  - En route witness the Ambuluwawa Biodiversity Complex
  Ramboda Falls, Hanuman Temple and tea plantations. Following that, move to Nuwara Eliya city
- Move back to the hotel for a night’s stay.

Day 08: Ella

Enjoy the richness of bio-diversity

After breakfast start the journey to Ella (approximately 2-3 hrs).
Can enjoy the scenic train journey – NOTE: tickets and train rides are subject to availability.

Yala National Park, Sri Lanka’s largest and most famous, spans 979 square kilometers and is known for its rich biodiversity and diverse ecosystems. The park is home to a variety of wildlife, including Sri Lankan elephants, leopards, sloth bears, buffalo, and bird species. It features dense forests, grasslands, lagoons, and coastal areas.

Day 11: Yala : Transfer to Airport

Travel to yala and embark on a safari to spot elephants, leopards, and other wildlife in their natural habitat. Overnight stay in yalla .

Visits to wild life parks will be at one’s own risk. Jeeps and such vehicles that are available here are without air conditioning and come with basic insurance covers (not comprehensive as in the case of vehicles we use for our tours).
